Abstract

This white paper is a companion document to "Structural Dissolution of the 
Gettier Problem through Address-Theoretic Epistemology" (Gonzalez, under 
review at Analysis). That paper establishes the formal epistemological 
foundation. This paper applies it to the most urgent practical problem in AI 
governance: the absence of a formal epistemic distinction between observed and 
generated content.
