F-Keys

Hardware. Software. Ideas brought to life.

F-Keys is the working catalogue of Vincent Gonzalez, an independent builder trading as F-Keys Creative LLC in Punta Gorda, Florida. Twenty-six products are on the shelves, twenty-two of them live today, and each one was designed, written, deployed and documented by the same person — architecture, both ends, database, release notes. The table below is the whole company.

The name came from a product. RemapWrap was called F-Keys first — an extra row of function keys, on glass you already own — and the name outgrew it. The product then went missing for five months and survives because it was in a zip file in a folder called “zip to sort”.

What is on the shelves

six of them, sorted the way a file manager would sort them. Apps are things you run: a keyboard that plays notes in any program, an 8-bit composer, colour-vision tests, live ballots for a room. Games holds a warehouse-loading simulator, two Discord activities and a Fortnite island. Tools are small single-purpose programs for people who already know what they want. Hardware turns a spare machine into an appliance. Research is the formal-methods work — papers with DOIs and the tooling the measurements run on. Properties lists the standalone sites.

Who it is for

There is no single customer, because these are not one product line. A Lean 4 axiom auditor, a colour-vision test and a Discord word game share no market at all. In practice the people who end up here are developers and proof engineers who need to know what a theorem actually rests on, designers and accessibility teams checking colour against a real engine rather than a guess, musicians and typists who want a keyboard to make sound, streamers and Discord communities looking for something to run in a room full of people, and trainers who want load planning to behave like the physical thing.

Each product page carries its own terms, licence and price. Nothing is assumed to match the last one. Contact for licensing, or Privacy for what this site does and does not collect.
