A bug, or something that will not run. Say which product, which operating system, and what you saw instead. Every product page lists what it needs; if the answer is on that page the reply will just point at it, which is faster for both of us.
Licensing. Trailer Load is licensed to institutions for training use. Anything else you want to use commercially, ask — the published source is MIT and the answer is usually yes and costs nothing.
The research. Questions about the axiom-provenance work, the papers, or a measurement you want reproduced are welcome and get a real answer. The tooling is public, so you can check the numbers without asking.
Press, or a correction. If something on this site is wrong, saying so is the fastest way to get it fixed. Corrections go in the working log with a date.
There is no phone line, because there is no one to answer it. Replies come from one person between builds, so a few days is normal and a week is not unusual. Nothing here is sold through a reseller, so an email offering to represent F-Keys will not get a reply.
