The widget never touches the money. It routes a viewer to your payment method and gets out of the way. Nothing is held, nothing is forwarded, there is no balance, and there is no point at which a decision of ours affects whether you get paid.
Every other tipping product in this space is a custodian, and a custodian can freeze you. This one cannot, because it never has anything to freeze.
